Anxiety lives in your body. We’ll work on nervous system regulation so you can stop feeling constantly on edge. I am trained in Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing Beginner I, II, & III.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

If past experiences are fueling your anxiety (bullying, childhood trauma, social rejection), we’ll work to rewire your brain’s response so those experiences no longer hold power over you. I am trained in EMDR.

Parts Work (IFS- Internal Family Systems)

Anxiety is driven by different “parts” of you—like the perfectionist, the overthinker, or the people-pleaser. We’ll work to heal those parts so they don’t have to work so hard to keep you safe. I have certificates in Somatic Parts Work from the Embody Lab.
