I’m so glad you’re here
Online Trauma Therapy for Women Experiencing C-PTSD in Dallas, TX & Denver, CO
I’m so glad you are here. You may be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, hopeless, lonely, or misunderstood. It is possible to feel peace, joy, belonging, worthiness, and wholeness.
Hi, I’m Sarah Tadlock. I help women find freedom from complex trauma, and create lasting transformation in their lives.
Together, we will work towards reclaiming your life so that experience the healthy relationship with yourself and others you have always deserved. You can expect our time together to be a collaborative approach- where I listen to your goals. You can expect me to check in during our sessions on how the sessions are going. You can expect me to empower you to understand your past, patterns, behaviors, and relationship struggles by providing psycho-education on the why to your questions. You can also expect to have a space where you are valued, you are in control, and you can feel safe to share your story.
How does this work?
I used evidenced based approaches like Somatic Therapy, and Parts Work (IFS), and EMDR that teach you to understand how your childhood trauma or any kind of relationship/sexual trauma impacts you and how to re-wire your brain: resulting in life long healing. I can also use emotional freedom technique- to release trauma emotions and bring you peace.
Keeping it Real
I value wholeness and healing not only in my professional life but also my personal one. The reason I am so passionate about your healing journey is because I’ve been through the valley too, and found light and hope on the other side. Therapy was transformational in my own journey. If you are ready to start this journey of healing, reclaiming your story, and finding your authentic self- I am here with you; let’s do this!
Outside of being a therapist, I am a very curious human- so I enjoy exploring other countries and learning from the beauty each community has to offer. I also love learning languages and am growing in my Spanish fluency. Hiking in the mountains, kayaking rivers, and anything nature related is my favorite way to recharge.
I am a licensed clinical social worker in both the state of Texas and Colorado and am a Somatic Parts Work and Splankna trained therapist. I also am a trained EMDR therapist. I graduated from the University of Houston and I have over nine years of experience working within the counseling and mental health field.
I cannot wait to hear from you! Reach out today for a free consultation to start your journey to freedom, wholeness, and healing.
